A full scan with Norton's shows 1 Trojan and it doesn't seem to remove it either.

We ran the Malicious software removal tool and it found nothing.

We restarted the computer as it instructed but they Trojan's persist. We ran a Malwarebyte scan and it showed 2 trojans. We are currently running it in safe mode. But the computer started rebooting itself. Our security software, Norton's, said it blocked a Trojan virus.
